Factory Background Music and Fire protection Broadcast System Design Plan

Project overview

  The area of the factory is about 26000㎡, which is divided into six parts:

          The fist workshop building;

          The second workshop building;

          Office building;

          Warehouse;

          Dormitory and canteen;

          Outdoor walkway.

 User requirements

Multiple sound source are available for selecting to broadcast;

Timing broadcast and timing chime are available to inform the time of work or off work;

Zone broadcast and zone paging are available;

Fire emergency broadcast are available in the case of emergency.

 System Configuring and Design Project

Pre-amplifier is MP9811, it has 5 microphone inputs, 2 line inputs, 2 fire emergency inputs. The volume of every input channel can be adjusted separately and one tone controlling for all input channels.

MP9813 is used for signal distributor and can distribute the source signal to different zones. Every zone can be opened and closed separately. In the case of an emergency, the zones will switch to emergency broadcast status automatically.

Programmable timer MP9814 is adopted for timing. It can be used as the clock of the system. It has three kind of built-in chimes and can make weekly timetable and can control the power supply outputs on or off automatically. It can also activate the whole system in the case of emergency.

MP9815 is adopted as alarm signal generator. It can be activated automatically by emergency signal and output the siren sound or broadcast the voice signal recorded advance. Meantime, the EMC microphone can be plugged in to conduct the on–scene commanding.

Use MP9810P and MP9810R (paging microphone) as zone paging device. The advantage of the device is that it does not affect other zone broadcasting when the designated zones are paged .It can also make remote zone paging within 1km by setting up paging site.

Constant voltage output amplifier(MP3500（1500W）、MP2500（650W）) with 100V and 70V output terminals are used as power amplifiers. The amplifier has sufficient power for output and has link interface for easy linking. The amplifier also has protection measures for output short-circuit and over-heat warning and distortion warning functions.

The sound sources adopt five-disk player and digital tuner.

The loudspeakers adopt DSP303 indoor column speaker and DSP408 all-weather column speaker. DSP802 ceiling speaker is adopted for office use, and DSP206 wall mounting speaker is used in dormitory and canteen. These speakers are beautiful in appearance, elegant in sound and convenient in installation.

Other peripheral devices: The microphone adopted is CE500 condenser microphone. The power supply device adopts MP9823 power sequence controller with the purpose of assembling all device power supply and delay turning on-or-off device main power automatically and orderly. All devices are installed in one professional rack and ensure the whole set of devices look elegant in appearance and durable in quality.
