  Hotel Public Address System Design Project

Project overview

Guangzhou XX hotel is a 27-floor building, with the underground machine room and parking garage. We set the system into 27 zones, each floor as one zone.

User requirements

1.General background music broadcast must be available;

2.Zone paging must be available;

3.Fire and emergency broadcast must be available;

4.Setup various audio interfaces, exclusive or linking use must be available.

System Configuring and Design Project

1. Background music  

The sound sources consist of CD player, cassette player and radio receiver. The audio signal input MAG1189 intelligent host unit to be magnified, and then input intelligent amplifier to amplify the power and output constant voltage, and to realize zone or all zone broadcast different background music. Timing zone broadcast is available to facilitate the hotel daily management. The host unit can control the peripheral device on or off automatically by setting timing points and can realize unmanned monitoring around the clock.

2. Zone paging and fire emergency broadcast function

When fire alarm triggering signal input DSPPA MAG1189 intelligent host unit, the host unit will output the alarm signal to corresponding DSPPA MAG intelligent amplifiers for broadcasting. The volume controller with alarm switching is installed in each room. Even though guests turn off the volume controller, the system can turn on the volume controller by force and make the volume to maximum automatically to inform of guests evacuating. In the mean time, the EMC microphone of host unit can be used to page the corresponding zones and instruct evacuation.
